The photos are so warm and full of character. The emotion of the whole piece can really be felt and its a real credit to your talent and a truly pertinent tribute to the folks who lost there lives. Stunning Murph, simple as that.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01922302867019501975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1574664322471762652.post-2065424821951686592011-10-08T07:30:47.411+03:002011-10-08T07:30:47.411+03:00Dom,thanks for looking and the compliments.
Brady...Dom,thanks for looking and the compliments.

Brady,i felt the same way and still do about HDR,it goes past the point of a photograph an into the realm of a painting, but i'll use it on some images for extra effect.
Enjoy chermany,it's a vunderfhull place,I broke a few hearts there in the 80's.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18342381117303216041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1574664322471762652.post-48629180094125114362011-10-07T16:33:24.186+03:002011-10-07T16:33:24.186+03:00Murph,

I hardly even call it photography, since standard cameras and photographs represent such a small portion of what the human eye can actually perceive.

As to ground zero, I haven't really ever given it much thought - but it does sound like it would be something worth seeing, an important thing to take care of if you life as an American. For the moment, yes, I'm in Germany - I can't remember everyone to remember my location all the time, so extra points to you. If I ever get in the area, I would definitely look you up. As a small town boy, I'd be pretty intimidated by the size of the city.

Brady
Behind Bars - Motorcycles and Life
www.behindbarsmotorcycle.comAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03424120592303852860noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1574664322471762652.post-11028079102158245542011-10-07T16:21:53.703+03:002011-10-07T16:21:53.703+03:00TThese are a set of well composed and thought prov...TThese are a set of well composed and thought provoking pictures Murph....thank you for your perspectives and views of this important ocassion.

Dom

Redleg's Rides

Colorado Motorcycle Travel Examinerredlegsrideshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10927757855921321097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1574664322471762652.post-12741395690982108472011-10-07T16:01:40.320+03:002011-10-07T16:01:40.320+03:00Brady,thanks for the compliments on the images.
Th...Brady,thanks for the compliments on the images.
The opener image is HDR.I never was a fan of HDR,but am learning that some images need it to get the amount of detail that you just cant get with one image. That one is 5 shots stitched together.
It seems that everyone remembers where they were on Sept 11th,but it's only when you go to Ground Zero that you really get a flood of emotions coming through. If you havn't gone, you should put it on your list. You would really appreciate I think. If you decide to go,let me know,I can help with info on what to do and stuff.

Thanks for the continued support.

PS,just remembered, you're in Germany now,right?.Sorry.Forgot.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18342381117303216041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1574664322471762652.post-87306699373212028452011-10-07T14:37:23.638+03:002011-10-07T14:37:23.638+03:00Very cool update today, Murph,

I remember exactly where I was, I was so shocked I had no idea what to do with myself. Completely crazy.

Your pictures are also quite a thing to look at today. The opener and the photos around the memorial are impressive. Well done.

Brady
Behind Bars - Motorcycles and Life
www.behindbarsmotorcycle.comAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03424120592303852860noreply@blogger.com
